Truth is, trekking is a simple way to stay fit, and we need to normalize it. Not every movement should involve keke, bike, or car even if you have all the money in the world. Some people can’t even trek a short distance without panting heavily or feeling dizzy because they’re so used to not exercising at all. Some can't trek without wanting to slúmmmpppp...

Most times, you have to be intentional about your health. Trekking is one activity that shouldn’t stress you; it’s something you should be able to do freely without struggling. When you can’t even use your legs comfortably without feeling like you're going to kpaii the next minute, that’s a problem, please check yourself.

One of the things that makes a person look smart and attractive is wearing outfits that truly fit them. Don’t just wear clothes just because you like the fabric or because you saw it on someone else’s body. A style that looks great on another person may not be too nice on your own shape and that’s completely okay.

Every body type and size has clothes designed to enhance it. Some people naturally have bigger tummies, and instead of choosing outfits that fit comfortably and highlight their beauty, they force themselves into tight bodycon dresses simply because someone slimmer with flat tummy wore the same outfit. In doing so, they forget that different bodies need different fits.

I see some ladies with big tummies wearing crop tops, exposing their stomachs and walking around the streets and roads. Most times, the sight doesn’t really look good, seeing a top hanging on a big belly loaded with fattt. I love crop tops a lot, but my point is this: don’t force a style on yourself when it doesn’t fit you properly just because another person is wearing it. Look for the one that fits you and give you that sharp decent feminine appearance....

The key is to dress according to your body type and shape. When your clothes fit you well, you look smarter, more attractive, and more confident. Dressing right boosts your self-esteem and allows you to carry yourself with pride wherever you go.
