If it's not Berries and seasonal fruits, you shouldn't binge on fruits because you think it contains healthy Sugar

Sugar is Sugar no matter the Source, fruits contains fruit sugar called fructose, very bad for you especially people with metabolic issues.

One month, nature wants you to eat apple. Next 3 months nature takes away apple and give you guava.

Then for like 2 months, no fruits.

Your body clears the sugar from the two previous fruits while you walk to farm and eating twice a day.

By next fruit season you are ready again.

Today you eat fruits that are supposed to be seasonal, all year.

Sugar addiction makes you addicted to them

It has a very high boiling point than most of your seed oils, it fries very fast and doesn't soak oil unnecessarily.

It's very healthy.

It's cheaper, just go to slaughter.
