Life can be shaky sometimes but the truth is that your stability depends on where you are rooted. To stay steady, you have to anchor your day in God’s Word. Here's how:

▶️Before you check your phone in the morning, read at least one verse of the bible. Let God’s voice begin your day.

▶️Read slowly, with intentionality. Learn to digest and reflect on a truth in your heart instead of rushing through the chapters like it's a storybook.

▶️By midday, take the truth you read that morning and apply it directly to your current stress. Use God's Word to dictate your reaction to any pressure you face.

▶️Then before you sleep, lay your worries before God. Hand Him the day’s weight and rest in His promises.

If you do this, I assure you that you'll experience a significant identity shift and you'll become truly rooted in God's word. Start now!
