Dear Parents!

Don’t correct your children in public.
Public correction doesn’t build character. It builds shame.
And shame doesn’t produce teachability. It produces resistance.

When a child is embarrassed in front of others, they don’t hear your words…
They only feel the sting of humiliation.
They don’t learn responsibility…
They learn to hide, to withdraw, to defend, or to rebel.

Correct privately, teach gently, and guide wisely.
Your goal is not to win a moment...
but to win their heart for a lifetime.

Parenting is not about showing the world that you are in control.
It’s about showing your child that they are safe, valued, and worthy of respect...
even when they make mistakes.

A corrected child becomes compliant for a moment.
A respected child becomes teachable for life.

Choose the approach that shapes their future, not their fear.

Remember, a preserved childhood is always better than a repaired adulthood!

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: THE SILENT FORCE SHAPING YOUR DESTINY

As an emotional intelligence coach and therapist, I have watched one truth repeat itself in marriages, families, friendships, and leadership:

Most people are not suffering because of lack of love, lack of opportunities, or lack of prayers…
They are suffering because of a lack of emotional intelligence.

Let that sink in, dear reader!

You can be gifted.
You can be spiritual.
You can be beautiful, educated, anointed, hardworking…
and still keep destroying the same relationships, peace, opportunities, and blessings you are praying for.
