VACANCY: Full-Time Personal Assistant (Executive Office Support)
Location : Abuja, Nigeria
Engagement Type: Full-Time (Onsite as required)
Compensation : ₦550,000 monthly take-home (after tax)
About the Role
LaBelle Consult Limited, on behalf of its client, is seeking a highly experienced and organized Personal Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and management team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the maturity to coordinate and manage engagements with senior staff and consultants across various departments.
This role requires professionalism, discretion, and strong people-management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Liaise effectively with senior staff, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on key decisions.
- Oversee documentation, project tracking, and administrative workflows.
- Support HR-related processes — recruitment coordination, staff records, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare executive briefs, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in administration, executive assistance, or human resource management.
- Proven ability to manage senior professionals and consultants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Trello).
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and integrity
- Preferably male, as specified by the client.
- Must reside in Abuja and be available for onsite duties.
