* ORIFLAME STORY* from one of the boss ladies
Adaeze Onyia, a director in oriflame.
I am also a wife and a mother of two.
I joined oriflame in April 2016.
*My life before oriflame*
I worked as a call center agent with airtel Nigeria for 2years but had to resign because they moved the call center to Ibadan the same month I got married. I couldn't go because by then I was a married woman n there was no way I would leave my brand new hubby n marriage to relocate to Ibadan. So I became a full time house wife while we (hubby n I) searched for jobs here n there but where u see the work? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
So I turned to the internet / online hoping n believing that something will come up soon, no luck. Not quite long after marriage, I became pregnant. Had my first baby, still no job n still searching. Took in a second time n had my second baby, still no work anywhere o.
So sometimes out of boredom, I facebok. It was on one of those facebook days sometimes in November 2015 that I saw an advert online. A very well detailed post that challenged me. I took the number and contacted her on Watsapp that I was interested, she sent me a write up that clearly says this is NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS. O bobs! I waka, didn't give her any reply after she sent me the registration details cos I felt I couldn't do that. I am a very very shy and quiet person, so where will I even begin from? 🙄🙄🙄
I didn't answer her again, by the way, the "her" is no other person than my able boss lady *OLADUNNI ADERINBOYE* but because I liked her page, whenever she posts to her page, I see it on my own wall. I followed her progress n her cash awards from 150k - 450k and was totally blown away. I kept saying this babe must be really good at this o, how is she even doing it? I kept wondering n thinking in my mind n head but didn't make any move to find out. I was scared but deep down I wanted financial Independence like yesterday.
As God would have it, we moved to our own place and my new neighbor came to introduce me to Oriflame and she just joined. She too is quite n in that instance, I told myself if she can talk to people inspite of her reserved nature, I too can. So I told her I v heard about ORIFLAME from someone in Lagos. As soon as she left, I picked up my phone n contacted Dunni and asked her if she was still registering people (5 months after I saw her advert) since I didn't know how this works and she said yes! I sent my details to her, she registered me n my journey to financial freedom began. I placed my first order almost immediately and I closed 6% with 880bps that same month and was able to register one person. I was paid approximately 4k that month and that money was used to fuel my car. Guess what? It felt so good doing something for me for the first in 3yrs without having to ask hubby for financial assistance. That experience fired me up cos I wanted more, to be able to hold up my own end as a wife, mother, daughter, inlaw, sister etc financially.
So in that same April, I asked my upline to tell me or teach me the koko of this business which she gladly did. Thank God I listened to the last. I followed instructions on how to create a page, uploaded pictures n write ups and waited patiently so that April will come n go and MAY will begin. I was ready to start making money, I wanted to start telling people about ORIFLAME and how it offers total package: make money, look good and have fun. I mean, what else can be more exciting?
May came finally n i kicked off on the first as upline advised. Spent 15k on advert that month. I know some of u will think it is stupid to put in that kind of money in a business that is not paying you well yet but in my place, we know that it is absolutely OK to spend money in other to make money. In other words, you use money to make money. So I gave it my best, registered almost sixty people that month. I enjoyed the rush as it reminded me of my days in airtel where u had to do a million things at once. Infact they call it multi tasking. If u had told me I will not hit 21% that month, I will say u can lie! 😂😂😂 I bin think say na by registering but thank God I closed 12% that month.
I continued consistently with my facebook adverts the following months. All in all, I became a senior manager(21%er) 4months of joining Oriflame. 5 months later, I became a director.

I will stop here but trust me, the alerts gets even better and heavier which is the beauty of this business where u earn 74k the previous month n 134k this month. 60k increase in a space of 30days. That can only happen in oriflame my people.
In closing, there is NO short cut to success! You need to put in the work, time, money, make sacrifices, leave ur comfort zone. Nobody said it will be easy but I can tell you it will be worth it. Passion, determination, commitment and perseverance is the key to success.
Whether u are registered n just doing nothing or still thinking about it, remember that the longer you are not taking action, the more money u are loosing.
