We celebrate these women-led cooperatives in Exland, Ganawuri, Zagun, and Mista Ali communities, Plateau State, for their commitment to transforming agriculture and strengthening local systems.

Through the SPRiNG (Strengthening Peace and Resilience in Nigeria) project, we empowered six cooperatives with solar-powered boreholes, turning dry-season plots into flourishing fields and providing irrigation services to their communities, proving that when women lead, systems work smarter.

We also opened accounts and trained them on tech tools, giving these women the power to manage, grow, and sustain their local businesses, creating lasting impact for their communities.

Give to women, gain for communities and entire food systems.

Four cities focusing on getting Nigeria’s seed system right.👌

Over three days, stakeholders in Abuja, Kano, Jos, and Ibadan came together to review what’s working, what isn’t, and what must change as Nigeria updates its National Seed Roadmap.

From yam, maize, and cowpea to tomato, rice, potato, and cassava, discussions reflected real crop priorities across regions.
