Blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, BMI, heart rate, cholesterol etc all give important insight into how your body is functioning, often before symptoms appear.

During our Reset Your Health Weekend on the first Sunday of January, we saw how powerful routine health checks can be and the turnout was amazing.
That is why we are doing it again this month end, this time with a fitness session added.

Last Sunday, we hosted a Reset Your Health Weekend, where we offered free health checks, consultations, and one-on-one conversations with our pharmacists to help our community start the year with clarity and confidence 💚

During the event, we carried out blood pressure checks, blood sugar tests, cholesterol checks, hepatitis screening, haemoglobin level tests, BMI checks, weight management consultations, and skincare consultations.

It was all about early awareness, simple care, and practical guidance. Thank you to everyone who showed up and took a step toward better health.
