In simple terms, your gut is your body’s food-processing system.
It includes your stomach and intestines — where food is broken down, nutrients are absorbed, and waste is removed.

But it doesn’t stop there…

My beautiful people, meet my son Destiny ❤️
Since yesterday he has been battling with fever, and I just got back from the hospital where he was given his medications.
While he is on his prescribed medications, there are natural supportive foods I always use to help his body recover faster.
I do not neglect these 4 things:
