1. Where does sqüírting come out from?
Sqùírting comes out through the urethra, NOT the vāginā.
Urethra: the same smāll opening where ürine (p*e) comes out
Vāgina: the canal used for sxx, mënstrüātion, and childbirth
So, squirting does not come from the va**na.

2. What exactly is sqüirting?
Sqüirting is the release of fluid from the bladder through the urethra during sxxual arøùsal or or**sm in some wømen.
Scientific studies show:
The flùíd is mostly dilüted urine
It may contain a small amount of PSA (prø$tate-specific antigen), produced by the female prostate (Skene’s glands)
This is why many women feel a strong urge to urinate just before sqüírting.

3. Is sqüirting the same as femāle ejāçulation?
No — they are different.
A. Sqüírting
Large amount of clear or watery flúíd
Comes from the blādder
Exits through the urethra
Often happens during intense G-spøt stímülatiøn
B. Female ejāçlation
Small amount (few drops) of milky or whitish flüíld
Comes from Skene’s glands (female prostate)
Exits through the urethra
Contains PSA, not urine
👉 Many people mix these two up, but they are biologically different.

4. Why do people think it comes from the vāgíñã
Because:
The ürethra is very close to the v@giñal opening
During sxx, flüíds mix (natural lubricåtion, semen, sweat)
Pœrn often gives misleading information
But anatomically, they are separate openings
5. Is sqüírting normal?
Yes.
Some wømëñ experience it
Some never do
It is not a measure of sxxual satisfaction

MEN: If your s***m is weak, check your kitchen first!

Fertility is not only a woman’s problem. What you eat daily can either build strong swimmers or kill them slowly.

Here are 10 foods that can upgrade your s***m game 👇

1️⃣ Eggs – Protect s***m cells and help produce healthier, stronger swimmers.

2️⃣ Walnuts – Improve s***m movement. Lazy s***m? Add this to your diet.

3️⃣ Pumpkin Seeds – Rich in zinc. No zinc = low testosterone = low s***m count.

4️⃣ Spinach – Helps prevent abnormal s***m formation.

5️⃣ Dark Chocolate – Boosts s***m volume and performance (don’t overdo it).

6️⃣ Tomatoes – Lycopene improves s***m count and quality.

7️⃣ Salmon & Sardines – Omega-3 improves s***m shape and fertility strength.

8️⃣ Garlic – Boosts blood flow and protects s***m from damage.

9️⃣ Bananas – Supports testosterone and s***m energy.

🔟 Oranges – Vitamin C prevents s***m from clumping and improves movement.

⚠️ Smoking, too much alcohol, junk food, and constant stress can quietly destroy your s***m quality.

Let’s talk:
Men, are you eating to produce champions or excuses?

MIXING ALCOHOL WITH BLOOD THINNERS
👨🏿‍🔬👨🏿‍🔬👨🏿‍🔬👇🏿👇🏿
like warfarin (Coumadin) or aspirin can increase the risk of *bleeding*. Alcohol can:
- *Interfere with blood clotting*
- *Irritate the stomach lining*, raising ulcer risk
- *Affect liver function*, altering how the meds work

If you’re on blood thinners, it’s best to *limit alcohol* (max 1–2 drinks/day, if approved by your doc). Heavy drinking raises bleeding risks.

*Side effects to watch:*
- Unexplained bruising or bleeding gums
- Dizziness or weakness
- Black stools

Check with your doctor about safe limits—they’ll consider your meds, health, and lifestyle.

Want me to add more on how blood thinners work or safety tips?

Constant or prolonged er****on without sexual stimulation—often called *priapism*—usually happens because blood flow in the p***s isn’t balancing right. Here are the main reasons:

*Physical causes*
- *Sickle cell disease* (common in Nigeria): Blood cells can block vessels.
- *Blood clotting issues* or medications that affect blood flow (e.g., some antidepressants, blood thinners).
- *Injury/trauma* to the p***s or pelvis.
- *Infections* (like malaria or urinary infections) causing inflammation.
- *Alcohol or drug use* (e.g., co***ne, certain erectile dysfunction meds taken wrongly).

*Medical conditions*
- *Neurological disorders* (spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis).
- *Cancer* (like leukemia) that can clog blood vessels.

If you or someone you know is experiencing this, it’s important to seek medical help quickly—especially if it lasts more than four hours. It can cause permanent damage if not treated.

Want me to explain how priapism is treated or how to prevent it?
