God saved her from a dangerous, horrifying cobra last night inside her toilet seat (WC) in Abraka, Delta State.

At about 7:34 PM, she wanted to use the toilet, but decided to check with a flashlight first. While looking into the bowl, she noticed something dark under the water. At first, she couldn’t tell what it was, especially since she had used the toilet just a few hours earlier.

To her shock, it turned out to be a large cobra.

She immediately called the hostel caretaker, who came and confirmed it. The snake was so big that they couldn’t find a safe way to kill it. It remained there for over two hours until the vigilante group was called. Eventually, it was killed with the use of a gun.

Please, always make sure you check your toilet carefully before using it. She still can’t believe how it got there, but it is suspected to have come through the soakaway pit.
