It is dangerous to use this drug just to add weight. Just because you want to look bigger or fresher, many people are abusing it. I have seen patients who come to the pharmacy asking for it, and some even buy plenty, using it for a very long time.

At first, they feel happy. They add weight, their cheeks get round, their belly grows, their face looks fresh. People around them will say, “Wow, you’re looking good.” But my sister, my brother — that weight is not health, it is sickness in disguise.

Yes, I agree — when you use this drug, you will add weight. Nobody will argue that with you. But the truth is, the weight comes only because of the side effects. It makes you eat more than normal, it causes water to build up in your body, and it pushes fat to your face, neck, and stomach. That’s why you become chubby and get a moon face. But inside your body, dangerous things are happening.

Here are four dangers you must know:
1. Diabetes – This drug increases sugar production in your liver and makes your body resist insulin. The result is high blood sugar, and over time, diabetes.
2. Hypertension – It causes your body to hold salt and water, which increases your blood volume. At the same time, it makes your blood vessels tighten. This is how it raises your blood pressure.
3. Osteoporosis – It blocks calcium from being absorbed properly and makes you lose calcium in your urine. It also weakens the cells that build your bones. Over time, your bones become fragile and break easily.
4. Immune Deficiency – It weakens your immune system by reducing the power of your white blood cells. That means your body cannot fight infections well. Even a small infection can become serious.

So yes, you will add weight — but you are also inviting sickness.

Now, what is the right way to add weight? If you truly want to gain weight:
• Eat balanced meals rich in protein, healthy carbohydrates, and fruits.
• Use safe supplements recommended by a pharmacist or doctor.
• Develop healthy habits eat regularly, rest well, and do light exercise to build muscle.

That is real freshness. Not fake weight that leads to sickness, but healthy weight that gives you strength and long life.

My dear people, don’t let this drug deceive you. The weight it gives today may become the sickness you fight tomorrow.
