What type of vegetable do you think is best to select in the market ?
1. Dark green vegetables are always the best
2. Dark colored onion is better than light colored onions
3. Buy vegetables that are fresh not the ones yellowish as a result of sunlight and co.
4. Buy fresh tomatoes with no opening/rotting in it to avoid cancer from toxin accumulation.
