Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Officer at BFK Laundrolux in Old Ife Road, Ibadan. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for field marketing and sales, order collections, excellent customer support, ensuring customer patronage and satisfaction, delivering a positive customer experience, online marketing, and designated administrative duties.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers
Sales and marketing skills to grow customer base
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support: Understanding and anticipating customer needs, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Customer Service and Customer Experience: Providing exceptional service and creating a positive and memorable customer experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Higher National Diploma or Degree
