Let me explain this in a very simple way so you will understand it well. So many people are bothered about this and I’m here to clarify.

When your period just starts, the bloöd you see is usually bright red because it is fresh. It is coming out immediately from your uterus, so it hasn’t stayed long enough to change color. That fresh flow is why the first day or two can look red or even dark red.

Now as your period continues, the flow usually slows down. The blood is not rushing out like before. Some of it stays a little longer inside the uterus or vagïna before coming out. When bloöd stays longer and is exposed to oxygen, it undergoes a natural process called oxidation. That is what makes it turn from red to brown.

So that brown color you see later is simply older bloöd that took more time to come out. It is very normal, especially towards the end of your period. It doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.

The only time you should be concerned is if the brown bloöd comes with a very bad smell, severe pain, itching or anything that feels unusual for your body. Otherwise, red to brown during your period is just your body doing its normal monthly clean-up.

6 daily habits that are dëstroying your liver but you don’t know

Let me be honest with you, most liver problems don’t start suddenly. It is those small small things we do every day that quietly damäge it.

✍️Taking drügs for everything. Headache? drüg. Waist pain? drũg. Can’t sleep? drüg.
My dear, your liver is the one suffering. Every tablet you swallow, your liver must process it. When you take drügs every day without doctor advice, you are stressing your liver badly, even common painkïllers.

✍️Drinking alcohol like it is nothing. Some people will say, I don’t drink much, just one bottle. But that one bottle every day or every weekend still passes through your liver. Over time, it scars the liver and you won’t notice early. Liver damäge is very silent.

✍️Too much oily and fried food. Always eating fried food, fast food, snacks, suya, shawarma. No balance food at all. All that oil makes fat gather in your liver. That is how people get fatty liver without knowing. Your liver becomes weak and slow.

✍️Sleeping late every night. This one is very common. Your liver repairs itself at night. When you are always sleeping by 2am or 3am, pressing phone or watching series, your liver doesn’t get enough time to heal.

So, what is the best age for a lady to give birth?
Let’s clear this once and for all.

Medically speaking, doctors will tell you the best age is between 20 and 35 years. Why? Because during this time, the body is still strong, eggs are fresher, hormones are behaving, and pregnancy stress hasn’t started doing anyhow yet.

Now let’s brëak it down
Early 20s between 20–29.
This one is like your body saying, Madam, I’m ready when you are. Fërtility is high, energy is plenty, recovery after birth is faster. No too much drama.

Between 30–35.
Still very okay. Don’t let anybody scare you.
Many women are just getting their life together here. You can still get pregnant and deliver safely, just that doctors will monitor you more because the body is not as carefree as before.

Below 20.
Hmm… body still dey grow.
That is why teenage pregnancy comes with plenty wahala like anemia, stress and premature babies especially when care and support are lacking.

Above 35.
Pregnancy is possible, yes.
But let’s be honest, the body now likes extra attention. Rïsks like high blood pressure, diabetes in pregnancy and mïscarriages increase, so doctors will be following you like your shadow.
