Get half cup of cloves,
2 sticks of cinnamon,
get 1 litres of water,

boil cloves in water for about 15mins. Then put it down to cool.

Then, On the 2nd day,
take 1 cup of these mix + 1 sachet powder milk mix together, drink it warm in the morning.

Best before meal !

You may ovulate and not see cervical mucus
You may see creamy discharge and not have fertile ovulation...

If you observe your body well, you will see the signs if you are ovulating.

Get this strip, test for your ovulation as at when due. (During your ovulation window)

My point, don't judge your fertile period by just expecting a cervical mucus, do this and be more learned.

Its past 1 month now that you owe me your balance for the herbs you bought that i sent out in full, yet you kept ignoring my messages because of the balance you owe me.

If i was lenient enough to send out your herbs and give you usage prescription while you have not sent your balance , then i don't think you should act like this towards me..
