💥Sometimes I smile when young supervisors ask, “Oga Engineer, how do you even understand all these lines on drawing?”
Because I remember the first day I held a full construction drawing in my hands.

You stop guessing.

Because the truth is simple:
A supervisor who can read drawings clearly will always stand out, professionally, technically, and in leadership.
Every day on-site becomes easier when the drawings become your friend, not your fear.
