I introduce to you another crunchy veggie that you can always snack on anyday anytime; Carrot(Daucus Carota). It's rich in beta-carotene(converted to Vitamin A in the body),lutein,potassium,vitamin C,fiber etc. Some of its health benefits are: It improves eye health, reduces blood pressure,boost immune system, aids digestion/ constipation and manages weight. Etc.
Note: Abuse of beta-carotene in carrot can make one's skin orange - yellow colour ; a condition called; Carotenemia.
