Chocolate Marble Cake

You'll need a Loaf pan.

Ingredients
1 cup of margerine
1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
2 Cuos all Purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
2 Tablespoon Cocoa powder
4 Eggs

Methods of preparation

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and margarine and mix well.
Stpe2: Then, add in eggs one by one and mix well again.
Step 3: Add in Vanilla essense and mix it.
Step 4: Slowly add flour and baking powder and mix well.
Step 5: Then, separate the cake batter into two bowls. (One for plain cake better and One for Cocoa powder cake batter).
Step 6: Take one bowl, pour in cocoa powder and mix well.
Step 7: Scoop one tablepoon of Plain Cake batter into the center of the baking pan and Scoop one tablespoon of Cocoa Powder Cake batter into the Loaf baking pan. Continue to scoop alternatively until batters are incorporated into each other.
Step 8: Using a toothpick or back of spoon to twirl the batter to make marble twirl effect.
Step 9: Preheat oven to 179ⁿ C and bake for 45 minutes.
Step 10. Remove from Oven and Cool on a wire rack. Then serve.

Note: The size of your Loaf baking pan depends on the batter you make.
The above recipes are for 8" or 10" Loaf baking pan.
