According to World Health Organization (WHO),every individual passes through three zones of life.

1. Vibrant Zone- People in this zone age range is between 0-25 years.This zone is known as active zone because you one is very active and vibrant at this stage.

2. Tired Zone: Age is between 25-50 years. You will agree with me that at this stage your cells are becoming tired and you can't be as active as you were before.

3. Sick Zones :Age ranges between 50-75 years and above.You won't dispute the fact that at this stage cells are completely tired and sick.This is the stage where all kinds of diseases and sickness occurs.
