🔮 Old is Gold...
when you look back and see that so much has changed over the years without you even noticing.

You know, from milliseconds to seconds, to minutes, to hours, to days, to weeks, to months and to years (most times even to decades)

▪️Memories that take us back many miles.

▪️Those days that has made us who we are this day.

▪️Beautiful times, how time flies.

▪️Good Friendships we lost along the line due to distance and different career paths.

▪️Friends and loved ones we lost to the cold hands of Death.

▪️How far we've come through the journey of life.

▪️We remember some mistakes we made, we regretted some of our actions.

▪️At a point we experienced a major problem, attack, setbacks or life threatening situation.

▪️We learnt, we unlearned and relearned.

And here we are today, seated and having flashbacks of the past...giving us mixed feelings.

Don't stop, keep going.
And always enjoy the moment before it becomes a memory.

Your life is not yesterday and not tomorrow, but Today.

Because you can't go back to yesterday, neither do you know how tomorrow will play out....you only have today and the moments.

Don't regret anything and don't overthink about it...
This is life and life is unpredictable, tough, unfair but simple.

🔮 SEPTEMBER.

This is the beginning of the last quarter of the year.

First of all, we thank God for life, good health, freedom, shelter, feeding and hope.

For the past 8 months, so many things happened, both good and bad....but again thank God we are alive and hopeful.

On the second note, use this beginning of the Ember months to reflect on yourself, be real and honest to yourself.

Have a sit and think about your life, start making adjustments where necessary to be a better person and be useful to yourself.

From now to December is 4 months, it's still a lot of time and so many things can be done or achieved within this given time.

▪︎You can fix some of your bad habits or attitudes.

▪︎You can make that decision you've been procrastinating and take a step.

▪︎You can learn a skill or take some short courses to improve your knowledge or skills.

▪︎Sanitize your cycle of associations.

▪︎Stop being afraid, try and start that business in your mind. Start and grow.

▪︎Learn to start thinking right, free yourself from mental slavery, have good mentality and mindset.

And don't forget, never overpressure yourself, be grateful and Contented.
The things you couldn't achieve until now or before the end of this year, you'll achieve them next year.

Life na small small,
It is By planning, By actions taken and By grace.

🔮 What is life all about?

1️⃣ Life is all about self realization, awareness, what you aspire to become and accepting who you are.

2️⃣ Life is all about your day to day activities, the sacrifices you make, the struggles, your mistakes, failure, success and accomplishments.

3️⃣ Life is all about the time you spend with family, friends, enemies and loved ones. The happy moments and the memories there after.

4️⃣ Life is all about endless learning, desires, growth, wishes, fighting, overcoming, working, survival and moving on even if there's no reason to.

5️⃣ Life is all about happiness, peace of mind, doing what you love and having fun.
Spending time with people who truly care about you.

6️⃣ Life is all about living the life you have now and contributing to the betterment of humanity.
Don't drain yourself about what you don't know.
You'll never know how you came into this world and what will happen after you d.ie.

7️⃣ Life is all about embracing the diversity of life and nature.
▪︎Somethings are in our control while some are out of our control.
▪︎We'll be happy, we'll be sad.
▪︎A time to cry, a time to laugh.
▪︎We were born and we'll d.ie too.
▪︎Sometimes we succeed, sometimes we fail.
▪︎We make mistakes, we learn.

▪️But do not regret anything.
Whatever happened in your life is part of Life...so move on.

Different types of §əx you should enjoy in your marriage once in a while.

Because these types of §ěx hit differently and increase the bond of affection between couples.

1. Honeymoon §əx.

This shouldn't be once in a lifetime on your wedding night.
You can recreate this every year on your marriage anniversary.
Abstain before the date and get a hotel room after the celebration just like your wedding night.

2. Appreciation §əx.

There's a gift or something your spouse will do for you eeh, just saying "thank you" isn't enough.
As the beneficiary, take the lead, prepare the room well, be attractive and §əduçtive...and let your spouse know that this knacking is a special one in appreciation.

3. Reconciliation §əx.

Since there will always be misunderstandings and quarrels between couples once in a while...you should take advantage of it also.
At the end of most quarrels, should be followed by a powerful knacking as a deal of peace treaty and a new beginning.

4. Away from home.

Once in a while, go on vacation or short holiday.
Leave your environment, take the kids to grandma's or invite a relative over because of the kids.
You and your spouse should go away, lodge or find uncompleted building...enjoy yourselves for like 2days and come back home.

5. Quickie in unusual places.

• On the chair in the sitting room.
• In the kitchen, but watch out for hot water and groundnut oil sha.
• In the bathroom while bathing together.
• Any other strategic location you have in your house.

The goal is to enjoy your marriage to the fullest even though there are tough times sometimes.

🔮 Survival skills and abilities you should have.

1. Cooking.
Knowing how to cook is important, you can't survive without food so you should know how to cook some basic foods just in case no one is available or situation like national shutdown like covid-19.

Personally I regret not knowing how to cook. Learning it now sha.

2. Handiwork/Skills.
You should have a personal handwork or skill on a low key.
A skill you can easily use to offer a value anywhere you find yourself.

Aside your certificate, get at least one practical skill...even if it's fixing of nails or locally converting a certain raw material to finished goods.

3. Emotional and psychological intelligence.
Learn to read and observe your environment and the people around.
Know when there's likely to be a vawulence, a fight or unsafe atmosphere and leave before disaster strikes.

Stop the argument when it's getting heated, don't try getting close to separate a fight where weapons are involved.

3b. Safety and security cautiousness and awareness.

Don't be ignorant
▪︎Accept the fact that someone can overpower and beat you up, so run.
▪︎Don't lock your husband in and dare him to beat you when he's boiling.
▪︎Don't visit a man in his house on the first date.
▪︎Don't bring in a random girl to your house because of knacking.

4. Know the fact that you can be tracked down from online to where you stay and work.

Understand that you're not invisible because you're posting or commenting behind an account without profile pictures.

So mind your comments online and the people you chose to troll or insult. Stay safe.

5. Adaptability and flexibility.
Learn how to adapt or adjust to different situations, conditions and environments.

To achieve this, you must be brave, open minded and be a fast learner.
Can you do a job you literally know nothing about?, no experience, no education but you have 2weeks to 1month to learn and adapt?? 🤷🏽‍♂️
You must be this tough because life is unpredictable.

6. Be spiritually conscious and aware.
I really don't know how spirituality works yet but it can help you survive certain things if you don't take it for granted.

▪︎Pay attention to that dream you woke up from.
▪︎Listen to that voice in your head.
▪︎Don't neglect your body signs.

🔮 Self love, Care and Respect.

You're your body and your body is you.
You have just 1 life, and that life is clothe by this your very body. And if your body fails or perishes today...your life is gone.

Anything aside your body, you've become a ghost...a lifeless being.

Why am I saying this?
So that you'll know how important your body is regarding having a life, a healthy one because some of you treat your body like trash with the highest level of disrespect, humiliation and hate without even knowing.

▪︎Aside from your body being the temple of God, your whole life and existence on earth literally depends on your Body.
Yet you have respect for other people but disrespect yourself.

You'll never know how important your healthy body is until something goes wrong.

1. Stop sleeping around.
It is for your own good, there are many deadly STDs out there that can ravage you and make life miserable and meaningless for you.

2. Stop drinking irresponsibly.
Mixing different kinds of drinks to consume is disastrous.
It's not also healthy to make drinking a habit. Drink occasionally and responsibly.

3. Don't do drüğ§ and §møkinğ.
It's not highness, it's gradually kįl!!ñğ you from inside out.
You're playing with your organs that your life depend on.

4. Avoid thuggery, physical fights, clashes and vawulence.
One strong 2by2 on your neck and you're gone.
Fighting up and down doesn't mean you're tough or strong.
You're just being lucky because a correct blow on the wrong place in your body can take your life away. We humans are not really as strong as we think.

5. Mind what you eat as food.
Some of you are not aware that there's a difference between "Pøi§øñēd food" and "Food Pøi§øñińģ".

Mind the types of soup you mix together because mixing the wrong soups or foods can result to food poisoning.

Also, so many factory processed foods are not healthy for consumption due to chemicals used in the production, colorant, taste and in preserving.
Always read food labels and make small research.

6. Try to know your allergies and avoid them.
Allergies is a way your body is telling you that your body doesn't accept certain things probably because they're now toxic and harmful to your body/system.

So always listen to your body when it reacts to something, because if it doesn't react to let you know...that thing will silently kpai you.

💝 Your body is your life.
Take responsibility, love, care and respect your Body.
Not for me, not for your husband, wife, friends or parents but for yourself.

🔮 Fastest way to become your own enemy and downfall.

1. Living above your means.

2. Competing with someone you should learn from.

3. Forcing yourself on a man/woman or where you're clearly not wanted.

4. Lack of discipline and self control.

5. No boundaries set in place.

6. Too much fear of the unknown.

7. Living with no clear focus, visions or plans.

8. Fully dependent on someone else as an adult.

9. Lack of self love, care and respect.

10. Living a lifestyle that both you, your family and the society won't be proud of.

11. Thinking you've all the time in the world and Procrastinating when you could do something.

12. Lack of survival skills.

🔮 People could know much about you just by observing what you do.

Below are some things you do that says a lot about you, your personality, your mindset, ideology and your maturity.

1. The way you dress & the type of clothes you wear.

2. Your manners and tone at which you talk and communicate.

3. Your social media posts, especially your WhatsApp status, tiktok and FB.

4. The kind of friends you hang around with.

5. The places you go to frequently.

6. Your online comments under people's posts.

7. The things you're interested in and your priorities.

8. The type of people you date.

9. The type of works you do.

10. The places you've lived in.

Understand that people could really read and know you well even from a distance by what you do especially online.

So be more responsible and mature in all your doings.

Be mindful of what you do whether online or offline because it can positively or negatively affect you.

Also remember that the internet never forget.
Mind your trolls, jokes, arguments and personal posts.

🔮 Be self aware.

1. Some people only inspire and advice you to be nothing like them. Frenemies.

2. Some people don't like you, they despise you alot but are still glue to you because of what they gain from you.

3. Your friends and loved ones are the ones that will betray you, not your enemies.

4. Nobody loves you unconditionally, not your mum, dad, siblings, children, wife or husband.

5. They'll say so many bad things about you if they can't manipulate or take advantage of you.

6. The relationships are still going well because y'all are still on same level, mentally and financially.

7. You'll lost some friendship when they outgrow you or you outgrow them.

8. Trust and respect is earned, not begged, manipulated or commanded.

9. Low key, some of the people in your cycle don't want you to go higher in life or become successful.

10. You can actually be your own enemy, setbacks, problem and headache.
Before pointing fingers, pushing blames, accusing others for any situation...first look inward.

🔮 Welcome to August 2025, a new month, a new beginning.

1. Forgive anyone who offended you, free your mind...but don't forget.

2. Say good things and declare life into this month for you.

3. Avoid the mistakes you made last month.

4. Plan for this month, don't just leave it to fate.

5. Our daily decisions and weekly plans is what makes a big change after a while.

6. Use this new month to tell yourself the truth, don't lie to yourself like last month.

7. You can do two weeks or a month diploma course online.

8. Or use this month to learn a new skill.

9. Or dedicate this month to read books that will change you positively.

10. Let last month go with some of your bad characters, attitudes and anger issues.

11. If you're still in your comfort zone, use this month to rise up and try new things.

12. We are all sinners, but reduce or avoid certain sins this month.

13. Use this month to learn how to track all your expenses, income and spending. Be accountable and intentional.

14. Cut some people off if really necessary.

15. Be mentally tough, emotionally strong and physically healthy.
Life doesn't care about the weak minded.

16. Create your own rules, have principles and set boundaries.

17. Love yourself, take care of yourself, value your life, put yourself first sometimes.

🔮 One mistake you should not make is lying to yourself.

▪️Don't ever lie to yourself because it'll hinder your growth.

1. Know when you need help and ask for it.

2. Don't over hype yourself.
Rate yourself accordingly.

3. Don't claim a standard you don't have.

4. Don't act intelligent where you're ignorant and need Enlightenment.

5. Don't think all is well if you didn't go to school, have a feasible talent or a skill.

6. Don't pretend you don't have bad characters, work on them.

7. Take corrections, stop fighting people advising you.

8. Overthinking & over planning will do nothing, get up and act.

9. Don't force yourself to school if you're dull in academic, follow your inbuilt interest.

10. The economy is hard, but why are you living above your means?

11. Stop living fake life, be real with yourself.

12. You're getting old gradually, accept that fact and be serious with your life.

13. You're now an adult, your childhood trauma shouldn't stop you anymore.

14. No one owes you anything, your life is in your hand, mind & abilities.

15. You're not procrastinating, you're just wasting your time with flimsy excuses.

16. Be neat and clean, don't bleach to cover up.

17. Understand that you're not yet rich.
▪︎Wear cheap but nice clothes.
▪︎Buy from mama put, avoid fancy restaurants.
▪︎Plait cheap but cute hairstyles.
▪︎Manage bedsitter or single room in a clean compound.

18. Stop complaining about small salary.
Most of the time, you're paid the worth of the service you render.
So upgrade yourself, your skills and move on.

19. Bro, that babe is above your level, you sef no small but don't chase waterfall.

20. Some of the things y'all call enjoyment are actually self destructive activities.

21. If you have the opportunity to marry early, do it...it'll save you from a lot. But you must control childbirth.

Know the limits

Always know the limit, and when to stop in every relationship.

1. As you play and joke with your partner, don't see it as an opportunity to become disrespectful and display unhealthy habits.
Don't take your spouse simplicity for granted.

2. No matter how close and connected you are to a friend, always respect boundaries.
Respect your friends and mind what you say to them. Some jokes aren't funny or harmless.
Don't be mentally and emotionally toxic disguise as "jokes and we're friends".

3. Be careful with your relationship with your boss or superior at workplace.
Some bosses can be really free, accessible and playful...but that shouldn't make you feel relax and do as you like.

4. Your relationship with your parents and elders.
Don't talk to your parents in a disrespectful or condescending manners in the name of jokes or whatever.
Joke and play with them, but learn not to cross the line.

Apply these rules to every relationship, be it neighbor, roommate, colleague etc.

No disrespect anyone because of see finish and no let anyone disrespect you too.
Always play it safe, so that the relationship will last.
