LIME, GINGER, GARLIC AND PRECEDE(Aidan in Yoruba language)

Preparation: Get 3-4 pieces of Precede and boil forn10-15 minutes,
cut two or three pieces of Lemon(remove the seed),
add few pieces of ginger and garlic and blend together,
then mix together the water of the boiled Precede with the blended lime,
garlic and Ginger together and stair well for drinking
