Mr Korede a food entrepreneur who offers food services raised the question of what quantity of salts is enough for commercial food vending.
He further raised a question to the authorities asking how they measure the quality offered by food vendors.

Prof. Ibrahim Oreagba a professor of Pharmacology and a consultant to NAFDAC. Educated the gathering on how red meat is a factor contributing to cardiovascular diseases.

He noted that to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases and cancer, livestock have to be slaughtered properly, not to be strangled for the sake of getting more blood for sale.
