Just a reminder, to create Breast cancer awareness this month and all should try to maintain healthy Breast Care by observing the following.
1. wear pink or create awareness.
2. know how to perform Self Breast examination.
3. Have a mammogram if you haven’t had one before.
4. No bra beyond 8 hours daily.
5. No tight bra.
6. Never sleep with bra.
7. Never drink bottled water that has been in the car and gotten heated.
8 . Give that breast to your man to suck
