Sending your instrument
The first step in initiating a repair is to send us the instrument you want to repair. We will ask you to send it to our workshops for inspection. Upon request, we can take care of collecting the instrument to be repaired by booking a courier who will come to you on the day you decide, at a time convenient to you. In some cases, we are able to formulate a cost estimate based on the defect found.
Preliminary evaluation
Once we receive the instrument, we will carry out an initial evaluation with functional tests to identify the fault, and will then proceed with disassembly, inspection and identification of the parts to be replaced.

Depending on the condition of the instrument, we will send you an absolutely free and detailed quotation, accompanied by photos of any compromised or replacement parts with descriptions and comments.
Repair and warranty
