Yes I miss you my darling. Yes you my love. Happy to be back to you all. Having seen this is rampant unhealthy state of my beloved people of God. PNEUMONIA!. I'm led to briefly talk about it.

*Pneumonia*: An inflammatory condition of the lungs involving the alveoli, typically caused by infection, resulting in fluid or pus accumulation that impairs gas exchange.
🩺 *Causes*:
- Bacterial (e.g., Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae)
- Viral (e.g., influenza, RSV, COVID-19)
- Fungal (e.g., Pneumocystis jirovecii in immunocompromised), aspiration, or chemical irritants
🩺 *Symptoms*:
- Productive cough (with sputum), fever, chills
- Chest pain, shortness of breath (dyspnea)
- Fatigue, confusion (especially in elderly), cyanosis
💉 *Treatment*:
- Antibiotics (e.g., amoxicillin, azithromycin for bacteria)
- Antivirals (e.g., oseltamivir for influenza) or antifungals as needed
- Supportive care: Oxygen therapy, fluids, rest; hospitalization for severe cases.

I survived the delivery room 🙏🥰........
2 soldiers at a goal. 👨‍❤️‍👨

The day I found out I was pregnant, i honestly thought the test was lying. I held it, turned it upside down, shook it like a remote control, you know, just to be sure the lines weren’t misbehaving. But alas, it was confirmed.

Your sister was baking a bun in the oven.

I screamed. Then I cried. Then I laughed. Then I called my husband, and he thought I was joking. Even I thought I was joking until the cravings started. One minute, I wanted hot amala, the next minute, I wanted ice cream on fried yam. Pregnancy is not for the weak, my people.

Then came the day of the scan. I laid down, gel on my belly, and the nurse just casually said, “You’re having twins.”

I said, “Come again? Twin what? Twin SIM or twin babies?” She smiled and said, “Double blessings.”
I started laughing, then crying, then laughing again. I asked her to check. Well, maybe one of them was just hiding behind the other for fun.

From that day, everything became times two. I started rubbing my belly like I was signing an agreement. I downloaded baby name apps and started pairing names.

I imagined their first photoshoot in matching outfits, and how I would hold one in each arm like a boss mama.

I could already see myself doing vlogs like “A Day in the Life of a Twin Mom” while one baby was chewing my hair and the other one was laughing at my struggles.

I saw myself pushing a double stroller through the market like a queen. I was ready emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually. I even started practising how to say "STOP THAT” in harmony.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

Oyya Oyya you don catch me 😩 I don tire to dey write long epistles.

This is how I would celebrate when it finally happens, but for now, keep the congratulations coming! 😜😜😜

I wanted to wait until month end but the joy pushed me.....So there we have it....🥰❤️Just when I thought my chapter was closed. I didn't think this year could get any more busy, but looks like 2025 is going to get even busier! ❤❤❤I was certainly not expecting this and wanted to tell everyone personally, but with everything going on I haven't had the time.🙂These two are due in Aug 2025! I can't wait to see the happiness and the chaos they bring! I don't know who the parents are, but Copy & Paste to freak everyone else out too and see who doesn't read your post till the end,🙈 — feeling thankful🙏

Happy Iñnternational Midwife Day to myself and all the midwives all over the world.
I'm not just a midwife but the first night gale that many children graced at their first appearance to the world. I may not remember or recognize them all but my beautiful children, "I'M HAPPY AND GRATEFUL TO GOD FOR FINDING ME WORTHY TO SERVE HIM IN THE POSITION AND FIELD I AM TODAY". I'm overwhelmed you all found my hands favored to have allowed me to receive you into the world. A MILLION THANK YOU TO YOU ALL.

It's not just my passion to do so but I'm in love with the procedures, the liquor, blood, membrane, excretes your mothers splashes on me is the joy of it. My top fulfilled joy is the hearing of your first cry....

To all my children all over the world, I pray for you all; you all shall continue to grow in God's love, Amen.
To all my beautiful midwives all over the world. God will continue to strengthen us all. Our sacrifices in the aspect of our services shall never be in vain, Amen.
