*What are stem cells?*
Stem cells are mother cells in human body that has the ability to divide through mitosis and form the cells of any organ of the body.
It can form the cells of the eyes, liver,kidney, heart etc.
Whenever there's a deficiency of cells in any organ stem cells generate new cells for such an organ.
But as we age these stem cells become inactive and diminish because it is being attacked by so many factors such as our polluted environment and synthetic foods we eat.
