Too many families in rural communities delay or completely abandon care due to cost, distance, or health illiteracy.
That’s why we’re partnering with through the Pathways Impact Funds.
Through this collaboration, we’re focusing on low-income women of reproductive age and caregivers of children under five, particularly in peri-urban and rural communities across Lagos and Ogun States.
Using Pathways’ segmentation data, we’ll identify the most vulnerable households and deliver targeted health support like telemedicine, testing and even health credit to them.
From community health worker visits and household education to awareness around flexible care financing, our goal is to remove barriers and meet people where they are.
Watch this space, we’ll share more details as we go.💚
