Please avoid taking your child to school in the following circumstances
❌When they have a fever (wait until they have been 25 hours without a fever)
❌When they have diarrhea or vomiting
❌When they have a rash with a fever
❌ When they have mumps
❌ Pink Eye (Apollo in Nigerian Language )
These things are contagious and may spread in the classroom very quickly.
Unfortunately most parents don’t have any options in terms of where to leave the kids when they are sick and have to go to work. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

On a more serious note sha I know that Sunday is when you have time sha oooo actually. And you don’t want it to get worse. Lol.
Unfortunately with most common childhood illnesses, they have a natural progression in which no matter what you do, the condition will likely get worse before it gets better.
The cough will increase, the nose will drip, the rash will spread, the stooling will be more frequent no matter what we give you to use, even when you come 2 milliseconds after you notice the complaint.

The most important prevention for cough and catarrh is actually avoiding people with cough
and catarrh.
But children don’t avoid themselves. They want to live inside each other’s nose.
And nowhere else can you find children in such close quarters with one another as it is in the creche.

So unless there is something really unpardonable that you have observed at the creche as far as hygiene is concerned, begin to teach your kids to avoid other coughing kids.
Keeping the immune system functioning optimally is a combination of nutrition, physical activity and exercise, sunlight exposure and adequate sleep.
So if you like move from distributor to manufacturer of cough and catarrh 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
