If you try this for 6 days and nothing changes… then ignore me.

Most people are not confused about weight loss.

They are just inconsistent.

So instead of another diet, try this:

For 6 days—

• Walk every day (at least 3,000 steps)
• Eat only 2 proper meals (no constant snacking)
• Sleep early
• Reduce sugar and processed food

That’s it.

No magic, supplements, and stress.

Just structure.

Because the truth is:

Your body is not the problem. Your daily routine is.

You don’t need motivation.
You need a pattern your body can trust.

Do this for 6 days and watch what happens:

You will feel less bloating, better control, and more energy.

Not because it’s extreme…But because it’s consistent.

You are not gaining weight because of food…

One woman messaged me some time ago…

She said,
“Coach, I don’t even eat like that again.
I’ve reduced everything.
But this weight is not going…”

And honestly… I felt her frustration through the phone.

Because I’ve seen this thing too many times.

You’ll see a woman:

She has cut rice

She has stopped swallow

She is even drinking tea morning and night

Yet… the weight is still sitting like landlord 😩

So what is really going on?

Let me tell you the truth many people will not tell you…

It is not always about food.

Sometimes…
It is stress.

Sometimes…
It is lack of sleep.

Sometimes…
It is emotional eating you don’t even realize.

Sometimes…
Your body is just tired of being punished.

Because how do you expect your body to respond well
when you are starving it one minute
and stressing it the next?

Your body is not wicked.

Read that again.

YOUR BODY IS NOT WICKED.

It is only reacting to how you are treating it.

If you don’t understand this part,
you will keep blaming yourself for something you don’t fully understand.

And that’s where frustration comes from.

Dear Mama, Your Body is Not Your Enemy.

We spend so much time pouring into our children, our businesses, and our homes that we often forget the one "engine" that makes it all possible -- Our Bodies. If you’ve been feeling:

Somebody said she lost weight and still drinks malt and eats biscuits…

And honestly… I smiled.

Not because she’s wrong.
But because many of you will misunderstand it.

You see, weight loss is one thing…
Good health is another thing.

You can lose weight and still be sick inside.

You can look smaller and still have:
– High sugar levels
– Hormonal imbalance
– Constant cravings

That’s why I will always say this…

I am not just teaching you how to lose weight.

I am teaching you how to heal your body, control your hunger, and eat food that works for you, not against you

Because what is the point of losing weight…
And still depending on drugs tomorrow?

Some people think starving themselves or eating "like a bird" is the only way to lose weight. And let’s be real, yes, the scale might move for a week. But here is the real question:

Is it sustainable? 🤨

Can you honestly keep eating like that for the rest of your life? If you can’t see yourself doing it a year from now, then the result is ZERO. You’ll just end up right back where you started, feeling frustrated.

We need to stop chasing "fast" and start chasing "forever."

One of the hardest things to watch is this…

A parent who once cared for everyone…
suddenly becoming angry, shouting, or even aggressive.

And people start saying:
“Why is she behaving like this?”
“Has he changed like this before?”

But the truth is…

It’s not them.
It’s what is happening in their brain.

Dementia slowly damages the part of the brain that controls memory, emotions, and behavior.

So what you see as “anger”…
is often confusion.
fear.
frustration.
pain they cannot explain.

Imagine waking up and not recognizing your own home…
or the people around you.

You would panic too.

This is why awareness matters.

Dementia is not just “forgetfulness”.
It affects how a person thinks, feels, and reacts.

If you notice:
– Frequent memory loss
– Confusion
– Sudden mood changes
– Aggressive behavior

Please don’t ignore it.

Early attention can help slow it down and improve quality of life.

You won’t believe what happened one night…

I was so tired. Like tired.
My toddler had been on me all day, house was somehow still messy, and my body just needed rest.

Then I started feeling that discomfort…
You know that kind that makes you restless, turning from one side of the bed to another.

At first, I ignored it.
I said, “It will go.”

But it didn’t.

Instead, it got worse.

That was when I remembered…

That small bottle sitting quietly.
Castor oil.

Honestly, I didn’t even feel like standing up.
But something told me, “Try it first.”

I took a little, used it the way I knew how… and went back to bed.

Tell me why…

In a short while, my body just started calming down.
