*Papas and Mamas*, let us go preventive than controls.
*1*. Do not sleep under the fan henceforth, do not sleep under the *AC* to avoid clogging of lipids in your aortal cycles that could lead to blocking of blood flows into and out of the heart. The result of which is ..... arrest *(God forbid)*.
*2*. If you live in a *tiled floor,* always put on foot wears *(slippers)* to avoid cold entering your body via the feet and at bed time, put on thick stockings till the day is warm enough because Humans by nature are poikeletomous.
*3*. Avoid cold drinks of any sort, go *warm*.
*4*. Do not leave your body(especially the *chest* region) bare because our body is porous and the hair strands attract cold waves.
*5*. Kainkain/ogogoro and ci******es does not drive cold rather the smoke block your arteries inhibiting the flow of blood molecules.
*6*. Extend same to our *children,* avoid red meat and saturated fatty foods.

1. Eggs are good for the brain.
2. Water is good for the kidneys.
3. Cabbage is good for the liver.
4. Cucumber is good for the skin.
5. Oranges are good for the colon.
6. Carrots are good for the eyes.
7. Ginger is good for the lungs.
8. Avocado is good for the heart.
9. Fresh tomatoes is good for the prostate.
10. Red bell pepper is good for the lungs.
11. Green beans is good for the bones.
12. Exercise is good for your overall health.
13. Repost, it is good for others.

Health is wealth.

1) Stomach is afraid when you don't eat breakfast.

(2) Kidneys fear when you don't drink 10 glasses of water in 24 hours.

(3) The gallbladder is scared when you don't sleep on 11pm and don't wake up at sunrise.

(4) The small intestine gets scared when you eat cold,expired foods.

(5) The large intestines get scared when you eat more fried and spicy food.

(6) Lungs are scared when you inhale smoke, dirt and environment polluted from ci******es and bidi.

(7) Liver gets scared when you eat heavy fried food, junk, and fast food.
(The heart is afraid when you eat your meal with more salt and cholesterol.

(9) The pancreas is afraid when you eat more sugar because of the taste and freely available.

(10) Eyes get scared when you work in mobile screen light and computer in dark.

Finally,
(11) The brain gets scared when you start having negative thoughts. Take care of the different parts of your body and do not scare them.

All these organs are not available in the market. The ones available are very expensive and probably can't fit into your body.

So keep your organs healthy.
