What are you doing?
If not for anything this new year be real with yourself.
Be realistic with yourself in every sense of it: spiritually, financially, health wise, academics and career, parenting, maritally, your dressing and approach to things.

Literally every single detail of you, Just be real!
No pressure, take a break when needed and as I was say, your start doesn't have to be in January!
Yes! You're allowed to wake up and smash your goals at your own time! Accomplishing your set goals within determined range is all that matters.
My 2022 didn't start till August yet, it was my best year career wise, spiritually and financially.
Don't move with the bandwagon all in the name of new year new me 🎭
Know yourself and be true to thyself!

Just when I thought I was done with health talk for the year, Just then my Prof called.
It was a great privilege to speak on Dietary Guidelines to Year 1983 set of LASPOTEC "The Librasotech 8087"
It felt so refreshing to see grandmas and grandpas bonding over a meal, talking about old times, calling themselves their various nicknames and most importantly answering their numerous questions on diabetes and eating habit.
I must say 2022 was the year!
Super Grateful!
