โ€Ž- 3 dried bay leaves
โ€Ž- 1 towel

โ€Ž1. Drop bay leaves in hot water. Let it steam 2 mins.
โ€Ž2. Sit on bed edge. Feet over bowl. Cover feet + bowl with towel.
โ€Ž3. Steam for 3 minutes. Breathe deep.
