We advertise for the position of farm manager to oversee our integrated catfish and piggery operations.
To apply, please submit your operational plan for the operation to 360valueltd@gmail.com by october 31, 2012. The plan should demonstrate your practical competence in managing such operations.
The guidelines are as follows:
1. Total startup and operational expenses for the first year must not exceed N2million naira for both operations.
2. We must reach profitability within the first 1-2 years
3. We have 50 acres of land in Ogbomoso that are available for the project with road access and water. You are free to also suggest another location with good reason
4. The plan shall not exceed 10 pages in all. Financial projections should be done separately in MS Excel, showing all the formulas used to calculate figures.
5. The applicants with selected plans will be interviewed for employment, and given some reimbursement for the cost of preparing the business plan.
6. Plans will be evaluated based on:
a. Technical detail and soundness
b. Business and management feasibility and merit
c. Future plans/vision for expansion
