I feel it's a condition we should discuss openly.

See, fibroid can grow from the size of a coin to as large as a watermelon.

You keep getting different sizes every time you go for a scan.

It's not as if it's even reducing.

It's always increasing.

Fibroid can cause heavy and painful periods, frequent trips to the bathroom, and even complications like miscarriages or difficulty conceiving.

If you’re over 30, have a family history of fibroids, are obese, or are of African descent, you’re at a higher risk.

Some of you see surgery as a permanent solution.

See, before you even think about surgery, which doesn’t guarantee permanent relief and can lead to recurrence, it is better you start from what you eat.
