EXCEEDING 2020 GOALS

Ellen Johnson Sirleaf(Former Liberian President) once said: "The size of your dreams(goals) must always exceed your current capacity to achieve them. If your dreams(goals) do not scare you, they are not big enough".

How big are your 2020 goals? Do your 2020 goals Scare you?

Are your 2020 goals within your current capacity to achieve them?

To exceed your 2020 goals, you need another level of effort more than what you had in 2019 to exceed your 2020 goals. Yes, you need to accumulate new capabilities to move onto the next level of 2020.

How do you intend to accumulate these capabilities? Here I discuss 5:

1. Read! Read!! Read!!!
Make it a habit this year to read at least a chapter of a good book you selected in areas where you want to develop proficiency. The world will be at your feet to conquer if you can devote some of your time daily to reading.
