I’ve spent over three decades helping people stay healthy — from hospitals to community pharmacies to pharmaceutical marketing across Nigeria.

One thing became clear:
👉 Many health issues in older adults can be prevented... and managed with proper guidance.

Not everyone can afford private consultations…

Not everyone knows which supplements are useful…

Not everyone understands how food affects their medicines…
