Good evening, my PCOS warriors. How are we all doing? I was a bit under the weather, but I'm better now. I've missed you all. Please let's all be cautious of what we eat this Christmas season, as we all know our metabolism is slower. I have good news to share: my period came for 5 days and stopped with no prolonged period and heavy bleeding at all, I am so happy. I will definitely share my routine that works for me tomorrow. Good morning, warriors 🙌🏻🙌🏻, how was your night? For me, I woke up this morning feeling like I'm not woman enough, with a lot running through my mind and mixed feelings, but I know that no matter what it takes, I'm a fighter and I will conquer PCOS. It hasn't been easy, but I thank God for everything. So, please don't give up, and don't forget to take a morning walk, eat enough protein, have enough rest, and use your medication. We will all conquer PCOS by God's grace (Amen) 🙏🏾.
