*Charcoal*

Charcoal is one of the most overlooked products in the home. We only see the need for it when it's time to set fire 🔥 to it. However if you really need *first aid,* Charcoal is something you must have on you all the time.

*Benefits*

1. Do you have a strong body odor? Just make a Charcoal powerder and use. Charcoal is very good for getting rid of bad smell.

2. If you want to whiten your teeth, just get some Charcoal and grab a plantain stalk. Make a powder on the Charcoal, crush the end of the plantain stem, dip in the Charcoal powder and brush your teeth.

3. Do you have a situation where someone's wound has become so infected that the doctors say they have to cut the affected area? Do not insist on it, take a large amount of Charcoal powder and pour it on the wound. This will extract all the poison from the wound and will also help it heal faster.

4. Do you have a skin disease that you really want to get rid of or do you want a very smooth face or skin? All you need is Charcoal make it a thick solution and smear it on your body and leave it for a few hours before taking your bath. It will leave your skin feeling soft and fresh.

5. If you have eaten or drunk something and feel bloated Charcoal is the best way to get rid of bloating.

6. Making a solution and drinking it helps flush out all the bad cholesterol you have stored in you. Charcoal can treat all ulcers. Take the habit to always Chew it.

7. You injured yourself, pour a little Charcoal powder and you will see.

8. Headache drink a teaspoon of coal and you will see.

9. Constipation, you did 3days without going to the toilet, bite 2 to 4 pieces and you will go to the toilet that same day.

10. For the ulcer it is mixed with sugar and for effective dental hygiene also mix with lemon for brushing.

11. Do you have a bad smell in your room? Place Charcoal where you think the smell might be coming from.

4.eat some early morning snacks
5.Relaxing or meditating for 10 minutes
6.Let your conversation be positive
7.And always smile and look your best
