Day 38 – Returning to Routine

Today, I’m rebuilding rhythm, setting a same-time routine for my practice so my brain can lock it in.

In yoga, we call this abhyasa (consistent, devoted practice.)

It’s not about perfection or performance; it’s about showing up, especially on the days you don’t feel like it.

That’s where transformation hides.

So I’m going back to my beginner mind, practicing with curiosity, patience, and humility. Letting each breath and each pose feel new again.

Your invitation today:

Think of something you’ve stopped doing that once brought you joy or balance. Bring it back to life — not with pressure, but with rhythm. Create a small routine around it and let consistency do its quiet work.

Sometimes, starting again is the bravest practice of all.

Today’s focus is the mind.

The space where clarity begins and chaos often hides.

Just as we cleanse the body through movement, we must also learn to cleanse the mind through awareness.

Mental disturbances like worry, overthinking, and judgment, are like dust on a mirror. They blur our reflection but never change who we truly are.

Today, slow down and notice your thoughts without wrestling them.

Breathe deeply, exhale slowly, and imagine each breath clearing the fog in your mind.

You can journal, meditate, walk in silence, or simply sit and breathe.

Find what helps you see yourself clearly again.

Remember: you don’t always have to silence the mind, sometimes, you just need to listen until it quiets on its own

Good luck

Day 36 – Physical Expression & Release

Today’s practice goes beyond the body. It’s about energy release.

Movement heals so does sound. The voice carries energy just like the body does, and sometimes the only way to let go of what’s trapped inside is to give it sound.

So today, I invite you to scream, sigh, hum, chant. Choose what your body calls for.

Ignore the urge to be quiet or “composed.” Let your voice move through you. Scream into a pillow, out in nature, or in your car if that’s your safe space until you feel that wave of release.

Physical practice isn’t just postures; it’s expression.

It’s shaking, dancing, crying, laughing, or shouting your truth.

It’s freeing the emotions that your muscles remember but your mind has long forgotten.

Let today’s practice be about release. Through body, through breath, and through sound.

Don’t hold back.

Let it move through you.

Namaste

Day 35 – The Power of Consistency

Today’s reminder: small habits, repeated daily, create powerful change.

Consistency is quiet.

It doesn’t always feel exciting or dramatic but it’s what builds the strength, clarity, and confidence we want.

Every time you show up, even for 10 minutes of stretching, a short walk, or mindful breathing — you’re teaching your body-mind to trust you.

It’s not about doing it all. It’s about doing something.

Little by little, the small choices stack and soon, your routine becomes a rhythm, your rhythm becomes a lifestyle, and your lifestyle becomes who you are.

So today, choose one small thing and show up for it.

That’s how transformation happens. One consistent moment at a time

Namaste 🙏

Today’s practice is a gentle reminder that balance is the real discipline

I’m slowly working myself back into routine of early morning yoga Sometimes, it’s not about perfect, it’s about showing up consistently for yourself

I started my mat Pilates again today, mixed in some dancing, and later gave myself permission to simply lie in bed doing nothing. Because rest is also practice.

Today’s practice is simple:

Find your rhythm , even if it’s messy.

Move when you can, breathe when you remember, and rest when your body asks.

Consistency isn’t built in intensity.

It is built in presence.

Day 33 – Choose Your Practice

Welcome to a new week and a new way of moving.

This month, we’re shifting into a softer rhythm.

There will be no rigid practice or set routine, instead, each of us will tune in and decide daily what the body, mind, and spirit need.

Some days it will be movement, other days stillness.

Some days dance, others fasting or reflection.

Every choice is a return to self-awareness, to listening and honouring your body’s quiet intelligence.

For me, November is my Pilates month.

I’ll be dancing daily, walking daily, and taking Pilates classes once or twice a week, sharing my practice here to remind and inspire you to show up for yours.

This week, let’s prepare our bodies and minds for consistency rooted in intuition. Not in pressure, but in presence.

Move because you can.

Rest because you need to.

Breathe because you are alive.

Let’s goooooo 🔥

Day 32 – Welcome to November 🌞✨

New month. New rhythm. New awareness.

Welcome to November.
Another month dedicated to movement, balance, and embodied joy.

After October’s start with yoga, we now shift into practices that keep the body light, strong, and alive.

This month is all about Pilates, dance, daily walks, and morning stretches. Simple yet powerful movements that reconnect you to your physical vitality and awaken your inner rhythm.

Every step, every stretch, every breath is a return to your body’s wisdom. Move with intention, flow with gratitude, and remember: this journey isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence.

Let’s move through November with grace, strength, and rhythm.

Day 31 –Intermitent Fasting Ends for October

We’ve arrived at the final day of our fast and the end of this beautiful first month.

Today isn’t just about completing the fast; it’s about seeing what it revealed.

Through these three days of intermittent fasting, you’ve given your body the gift of rest and your spirit the space to listen. You’ve practiced presence, discipline, and trust. The quiet strength that grows in stillness.

Take a few moments today to reflect:

- What did this fast teach you?

- What did your body whisper when you stopped feeding it constantly?

- What are you grateful for as this phase ends?

As you break your fast later, eat slowly and mindfully, chew with awareness, breathe between bites, and thank your body for carrying you so faithfully.

This is how renewal begins with stillness.

Day 29 – Intermittent Fasting Begins

We’re in the final stretch of the month and the next three days are dedicated to intermittent fasting.

Intermittent fasting isn’t a diet; it’s a rhythm. It’s a way of aligning your eating pattern with your body’s natural intelligence.

Instead of constant consumption, fasting gives your system time to reset, repair, and renew.

During fasting windows, the body shifts from digestion to healing.
- Inflammation decreases.
- Cellular repair (autophagy) activates.
- Blood sugar and energy levels balance.
- Mental clarity increases.

It’s a sacred pause. An opportunity to listen more deeply to your body and reconnect with true hunger, both physical and spiritual.

Over the next three days (Days 29–31), we’ll end this month with fasting, not deprivation, but purification.

Drink water, rest when needed, and stay attuned to your inner rhythm.

This is not about restriction, it’s about restoration.

Day 28 – Flow Yoga

Today, we flow with grace and awareness.

This Flow Yoga session invites you to move with your breath. Be present, steady, and alive.

Each transition is a reminder to stay present and let the body lead as the mind follows. It’s a dance of control and surrender, strength and softness.

Take your time. Feel each posture. Let your breath carry you.

Because when you flow consciously, you move closer to balance, on and off the mat.

Flow easy. Flow free. Flow you.

Practice link in comments.

Tomorrow our first Intemittent Fast starts for 3 days (29th - 31st)

I’d be sharing my experience with how hunger shows up in the body mind for all 3 days

Good luck to all of us
