People are not leaving church because they hate God.
They are leaving because they were hurt, silenced, manipulated, shamed, and spiritually abused—all in the name of “God said.”
Some were taught fear instead of faith.
Some were controlled instead of guided.
Some were gaslighted into thinking questioning is rebellion.
Some were used, drained, and discarded once they stopped “complying.”
Let’s be honest:
👉🏽 Not everything done on the altar is holy.
👉🏽 Not every leader is sent.
👉🏽 Not every “spiritual instruction” is God’s voice.
God is not afraid of questions.
Truth does not need manipulation.
Love does not thrive on fear.
Calling out evil in the church is not attacking God—
It is refusing to protect darkness with silence.
If you’ve been hurt, confused, or made to feel unworthy in church…
God still sees you. God still loves you. God was never the problem.
Light exposes.
Healing begins with truth.

Listening to this this morning really broke my heart. I don’t understand how someone can wake up and deliberately fabricate lies about another person. What joy do people truly get from hurting others or seeing homes broken, especially when they are the cause?

Today, manipulation and false stories are being spread for selfish gain and worldly reasons. People do all sorts of things just because of earthly desires.

May truth prevail, and may everyone face the consequences of their actions in due time.
