Don't forget to change your toothbrush regularly for a healthy smile.
Over time, the bristles can become frayed or damaged, which means they won't be effective at cleaning your teeth.
Changing your toothbrush regularly has lots of benefits. It helps to remove plaque and bacteria, keeps your gum healthy and also improve your breath. So, it's important to replace your toothbrush on a regular basis for optimal oral health.

Let's end Female Ge***al Mutilation(FGM).. FGM is the removal or total cutting away of the external female genitalia for non-medical reasons.

FGM is a violation of girl's and women's rights. It's a harmful procedure with no health benefits. It causes harm to the girl child and it's traumatic. FGM can cause severe bleeding, vaginal and pelvic infections, painful urination, painful menstruation, s*xual problems(pain during in*******se) and can lead to death.
We embark on creating awareness and Prevention of FGM in partnership with UNICEF

Join the movement
Movement for good to end FGM and save lives.
