WAYS TO STAY HEALTHY

📌Feed your gut bacteria.
📌Avoid Artificial trans-fats.
📌Stay hydrated.
📌Don't Eat Heavily charred meat.

📌Take vitamin D, if you're deficient.
📌Eat plenty of fruits and Vegetables.

📌Don't smoke or use drugs, and only drink in moderation.

HOW TO REDUCE EXCESS FAT.

To be very fat is not healthy. Too much of fat causes high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, gallstones, diabetes, arthritis in legs and feet, and other problems.

You can reduce fat through:
a] not eating greasy, fatty, or oily foods.
b] not eating sugar or sweet foods.
c] getting more exercise.
d] not eating so much of starcy foods [I.e corn, bread, potatoes, rice, yam, cassava, or plantain.
e] take more fruits, vegetables and lean meat.

📌To loss weight, eat only half of what you eat now.

NUTRITION

B. IMPORTANT OF EATING RIGHT.
People who do not eat right develops malnutrition. This can happen from not eating enough food of any kind [general malnutrition or undernutrition], from not eating the right kinds of foods [specific types of malnutrition], or from eating too much certain foods [getting too fat].

>>Anyone can develop general malnutrition, but it is especially dangerous for:
[A] Children; they need lots of food ti grow well and stay healthy.
[B] Women; child-bearing age, especially if they are pregnant or breast feeding be
cause they need extra food to stay healthy, to have healthy babies, and to do thier daily work.
[C] Elderly person; they loose their teeth and taste for food, so they cannot eat much at one time, even though they still need to eat well to stay healthy.

📌Preventing Malnutrition..
1. Eating well and enough food helps provide energy to keep us active and strong.
2. It helps us build, repair and protects the different part of our bodies.
3. It helps a child to grow well.
4. It helps us stay healthy.
5. It helps prevent Night blindness in children.
To to all this we need to eat a combination of foods everyday.

A. POOR NUTRITION
Good food is needed for a person to grow well, work hard, and stay healthy. Many common sickness come from not eating enough of the food the body needs.

Poor nutrition is the most common cause of some health problems...
>>failure of a child to grow or gain weight normally.
>>slowness in walking, talking or thinking.
>>big bellies, thin arms and legs.
>>lack of energy, child is sad and doesn't play.
>>swelling of feet, face and hands, often with sores or marks on the skin.
>>thinning, straightening, or loss of hair, or loss of its colour and shine.
>>poor vision at night, dryness of eyes, blindness.
>>weakness and tiredness.
>>loss of appetite.
>>Anemia [low haemoglobin].
>>painful or sore tongue.
>>burning or numbness of the feet.
Poor nutrition during pregnancy causes weakness and anemia in the mother and increases the risk of her dying during or after childbirth. It is also a cause of miscarriage, or of the baby being born dead, too small, or defective.

📌Poor nourished children are much more likely to get severe diarrhoea, and to die from it, than are children who are well nourished.
📌Measles is especially dangerous in children who are malnourished.
📌Tuberculosis is more common and gets worse more rapidly, in those who are malnourished.
📌Even minor problems like the common cold are often worse and last longer in persons who are poorly nourished.
📌Cirrhosis of the liver, which comes in part from drinking too much alcohol, is more common and worse in persons who are poorly nourished.
Poor nutrition weakens the body's ability to resist all kind of diseases especially infections.

My girlfriend is my girlfriend. Her past is her past. If you've ever slept with her or you know people who have slept with her, that's your problem. Every woman has a past she surely regrets and every good human being makes mistakes, but that doesn't prevent her from being an ideal woman for another man. Brothers, let's take time to make other people happy, to value and to get others to respect our women instead of taking time to listen to the criticisms of our women and to encourage those hypocrites to denigrate our women.
