FACT: Your cholesterol is not high because you ate eggs.

It is high because of what you cooked them in.

Your liver makes most of your cholesterol.

It regulates it.

When you eat more, it adjusts.

This is not new information.

But the refined vegetable oil sitting next to your stove?

People ask me this every week.
"What do I actually eat?"

Here is the principle.
The specifics depend on your body, your goals, and your health picture.

First meal (around 11am):
Protein leads. Eggs, fish, meat, or liver.

Healthy fat follows. Coconut oil, olive oil, avocado, or butter.

Vegetables always present. Ugu, spinach, broccoli, kale, cucumber.

Starch is optional and small. Sweet potato, yam, or plantain.
Not three wraps. Not a mountain of rice.

Second meal (before 7pm):
Lighter than the first.

Fish or meat with vegetables.
Quality fat.
Minimal or no starch.

This is the meal your body carries into its overnight repair window.

What stays out:
👇Wheat in any form.
👇Sugar in any form.
👇Seed oils.
👇Sugary fruits.
👇Snacks between meals.
👇Anything after 7pm.

That is the skeleton.

Sometimes I look around and my heart breaks.

Not because people are evil, but because we do not realize how much we are hurting ourselves.

Every day I step outside, I see the streets lined with vendors selling carbonated drinks. I see people, young and old, even pregnant women, buying and drinking them like water.

I once saw a woman sipping her third soda of the day. I asked her gently, “Why?”
She smiled and said, “My doctor said I have low blood sugar. This helps.”

And my heart sank.

Because I knew she did not know. She was just trying to survive the day, like many of us.

But what she was drinking can slowly tear the body apart from the inside.

It can overload the liver.
It can disrupt hormones.
It can fuel inflammation.
It can drain energy.

And it can set someone up for years of struggle while making it all seem normal.

I am not here to shout.
