Three business tips you may not know:
1) As a business person, you need to realize that everybody cannot buy from you. Even if you're selling long life and prosperity, everybody cannot buy from you. Stop developing hátred for people because they refused to buy from you. The reason they refuse to buy is because they are not into your kind of market, they are not your audience, everybody cannot be your audience.
Do you know there are people who don't take sugar, no matter how popular it is. There are people who don't drink sachet water. They choose bottle water.
So as a business person, everybody cannot be your audience.
2) Don't keep any product for someone for a long time. Don't promise to keep a product for someone for a long time. If the person doesn't have money to pay immediately or in few days, tell the person when he/she is ready, you will order the product for him/her. Because at the end, the person may change mind and you might have lose potential buyers.
3) As a business person, if you start a business where people know you too well, you will mostly sell on credit because they will use familiarity to approach you. Chances of you saying "No" will be very slim. In this case, if you present yourself instead of your business, you will mostly sell on credit and it will lead to losses. So present your business to them, not yourself.
Another way to avoid debt is when you expand your business. If you're doing a small business, chances of selling on credit could be high especially in an environment people know you. If you want to reduce selling on credit, employ people like a cashier.
When you employ people into your business, buying on credit will reduce because when people come, they see your workers, not you. Your workers are not familiar
