how to prepare the juice:

Take leaves of a papaya tree. Wash properly, grind, and squeeze the juice into a bowl or a glass. Drink a glass or two every day for at least 4 days (minimum) apart from other fruit juices. Remember, it’s not the fruit, but the leaves of papaya. (FYI it tastes Bitter!)"

HOW TO MAKE NATURAL VI**RA USING ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS

If you want to make your home made Vi**ra, you will need the main ingredients which are very often available in grocery stores. These ingredients are very potent aphrodisiacs.

Vi**ra is a powerful drug for men,that is utilized to increase sexual function and performance. Not many people know the secret, that it can also be made at home.

Necessary ingredients for homemade Vi**ra:
Watermelon
Lemon

Watermelon consists of different nutrients and has aphrodisiac properties which includes Citrulline and Lycopene. You should not use sugar, salt, spices or any other flavors, which can reduce the power of the two main ingredients.

You should cut the watermelon into small pieces and put the pieces into a juicer in order to obtain about one liter of watermelon juice.

The white stuff inside the shell of watermelon is also very high in concentrated Citrulline and should not be wasted and need to be juiced.

Pour the juice into a pot. Leave it to boil for a few minutes then squeeze the lemon juice into the pot.

Mix it well with the boiling watermelon juice. You should continue boiling until most of the liquid evaporate and the content in the pot reduce to about half.

Leave it to cool down for about an hour or so.After that, transfer the potion to a washed and cleaned glass bottle and store it in a cool and dry place such as a refrigerator.

You should take this drink on an empty stomach, early in the morning and before dinner and anywhere between 2 tablespoons to 1/3 of the cup. This depends on the body weight and size.

This homemade Vi**ra is safe and potent for people of all ages and genders.

According to an expert at the outpatient pharmacy national cancer centre Singapore ( NUS) a member of the Singhealth group, advise patient to eat the right foods before, during and after treatment.
You need all the balance diets like 1) Vegetables, 2) fruits 3) proteins like lean meat, fish, chicken, eggs, Dairy products,nuts, dried beans,dhal and chickpeas, fish and soy food ( good for prostate cancer patients)
4) Carbohydrates like rice, noodles wholegrain bread and pasta. Wholegrain crackers,oat,corn, potatoes,beans and dairy products
Honey, consumed in moderation for it's anti-baterial and anti-fungal properties which help in preventing infections
FOOD TO AVOID AS A CANCER PATIENT
Deep to avoid as a cancer patient are: deep fried, grilled, barbequed, baked meats since subjecting animal protein to high heat creates carcinogenic byproduct called hetero cyclic amines
Excessive intake of salt, sugar and oily food
Fed meat and processed meat such as bacon, ham, sausages
Preserved foods like pickles,jams,kiam Chye(salted mustard green)
And century eggs as they contain nitrites which are carcinogenic
Minimise alcohol!

Additionally, cancer patients should avoid excessive intake of vitamin supplements as they act as antioxidants and can interfere with chemotherapy when taken in large dose
