So I came across a video of a group of kids.

One of them wore a torn cloth exposing her protruded(pot) belly.

On seeing that she was being recorded, she immediately covered her stomach.

I felt pity for her and decided to read some of the comments.

Someone in the comments section asked if the girl’s stomach was filled with worms and she received so much backlash including the one asking is she was the sa.an

So here goes 👇

1. Yes! Malnutrition can make children to have big stomachs especially if it is protein deficiency.

Severe protein deficiency in children can lead to edema that is, fluids build up in the abdomen

2. Intestinal worms eg roundworms can accumulate in the stomach and cause swollen abdomen in children

Not every child with a big belly is healthy.

Some can be as a result of protein deficiency or
Worm infestations

So feed your children adequate amount of protein and make sure to deworm them often.

And if you’re not sure of the reason for the big belly, take them to see a doctor 👍

…Fox squirrels are known for “scatter hoarding”
They bury hundreds of nuts in different spots and remember many of the hiding spots months later.

When was the last time you saw this squirrel 🐿️ 😅

Please oo who knows how to roast cashews abeg 🙏

So I went grocery shopping and decided to get some cashews as the one I had was almost finished

I got to the pew and just grabbed one and moved on

Only to get home and discover that I bought RAW cashews and i already opened it😅🤦‍♀️

(This is why you should read labels very well before you buy anything oo)

Abeg if you know how i can roast it share with me make my money no loss 🙏😅

Passing the NCLEX is like having a key 🔑 that opens multiple doors 😎

If you decide you no longer want to stay in the US,

With your NCLEX result you can choose to migrate to

Canada
Australia
New Zealand or even
Saudi Arabia

All you need to do is do your verification with their various regulatory bodies
and after meeting their requirements,
you become licensed to practice in these countries
