1-Day Training on the Management of Sickle Cell Disease and Genetic Counselling
Held at Yobe State Specialist Hospital (YSSH), Potiskum

This 1-Day Training engages health personnel from primary, secondary, and tertiary healthcare levels with the aim of exploring and digesting possible solutions to Sickle Cell Disorder and other inherited blood disorders.

1-DAY TRAINING ON MANAGEMENT AND COUNSELLING OF SICKLE CELL DISORDER

The A5 Sickle Cell Support Initiative, with sponsorship from the Global Action Network for Sickle Cell and Other Inherited Blood Disorders (GANSID), is pleased to announce a 1-Day Training Workshop on the Management and Counselling of Sickle Cell Disorder (SCD).

🗓 Date: Thursday, 23rd October, 2025

This capacity-building program is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals across primary, secondary, and tertiary health institutions in the effective management and counselling of patients with Sickle Cell Disorder.
