There is something I have learned in over 15 years of garment production…
Mistakes are not the real problem.
Unmanaged expectations are.
In fashion, clients see the finished look in their mind.
Production sees measurements, fabric behavior, finishing, and structure.
When these two don’t align, frustration happens.
That is why structure matters.
Clear briefs.
Clear timelines.
Clear quality checks.
