đ To anyone going through depression right nowâŚ
I want you to know this: youâre not broken, and youâre not weak. Depression lies to youâit tells you that youâre alone, that nothing will get better, and that youâre a burden. But none of that is true.
Please remember:
⨠Taking things one small step at a time is enough. Even getting out of bed or drinking water is a win.
⨠You donât have to have all the answers today. Healing isnât a straight line.
⨠Itâs okay to ask for help. Talking to a trusted friend, family member, or professional doesnât make you a burdenâit makes you human.
⨠Most importantly: you are worthy of love, care, and joy, even if your mind is telling you otherwise.
Dark days donât last forever. Youâve survived every hard day so far, and that says a lot about your strengthâeven if you donât feel strong. đš
And if no one has told you this today: Iâm proud of you for fighting through what others canât see. You matter. Your story isnât finished yet. đ
